Overview
The AI Chat Assistant in LikeDo is your intelligent productivity companion. It helps you analyze data, generate content, automate workflows, and get instant answers to your questions.
Getting Started
Access the Chat
Navigate to Dashboard → Agent in the sidebar, or visit /dashboard/agent/chat.
Starting Your First Conversation
When you open the chat, you'll see:
- A personalized greeting with your name
- Suggested prompts to help you get started
- An empty conversation ready for your questions
Try these starter prompts:
- "Show me analytics for my top links this month"
- "Generate 5 social media captions for promoting my service"
- "How can I improve my click-through rates?"
- "Create a QR code for my homepage"
Core Features
1. Thread-Based Conversations
Every conversation is saved as a thread. This allows you to:
- Keep different topics organized
- Return to previous conversations anytime
- Maintain context throughout long discussions
Managing Threads:
- Create new thread: Click "New Chat" button
- View threads: All threads appear in the left sidebar
- Resume thread: Click any thread to continue that conversation
- Automatic saving: Threads save automatically as you chat
2. Model Selection
Choose the AI model that best fits your task:
Available Models:
- GPT-4: Most capable model, best for complex analysis and reasoning
- GPT-3.5 Turbo: Faster responses, good for simple tasks
- Claude: Excellent for creative writing and long-form content
- Custom: Organization-specific models (if configured)
How to Change Models:
- Look for the model dropdown in the input area
- Click to see available models
- Select your preferred model
- All new messages will use the selected model
When to Use Each Model:

Yes, but only YOUR data. The AI can access your links, analytics, files, and emails to help you. It cannot see other users' data.

Yes. Conversations are encrypted and not shared with third parties. You can delete threads anytime.
Can I use the AI for my team?
Each user has their own AI assistant with separate conversations. You can share insights and responses with your team manually.
What happens if I exceed my daily limit?
You'll receive a notification. Upgrade your plan for higher limits, or wait until the next day when limits reset.
Can I use my own AI API keys?
Currently, no. LikeDo provides AI access as part of your subscription. Enterprise customers can inquire about custom integrations.
