Learn how to set up and manage custom email addresses with LikeDo
Introduction
LikeDo's Email Service allows you to create custom email addresses using your own domains and forward incoming messages to your primary email inbox.
Creating Email Addresses
To set up a new email address:
- Navigate to the Dashboard -> Emails section.
- Click the Create Email button.
- Choose a prefix (e.g.,
hello,contact,support). - Select one of your verified domains from the dropdown menu.
- Provide a destination email address where incoming messages will be forwarded (e.g., your personal Gmail).
- Click Create.
Managing Emails
In the Emails dashboard, you can:
- Pin/Like: Organize your important email aliases for quick access.
- Toggle Status: Enable or disable email forwarding at any time.
- Track Usage: See how many emails have been sent to each address.
- Delete: Remove email aliases you no longer wish to use.
Advanced Features
Catch-all Emails
You can set up a catch-all address for your domain to receive any email sent to your domain, even if a specific prefix hasn't been created.
AI Reply Assistance
Pro and Lifetime plan users can leverage our AI assistant to help draft replies to incoming emails directly from the dashboard.
Plan Limits
- Free Plan: 50 new email addresses per month, basic forwarding.
- Pro Plan: 1,000 new email addresses per month, batch sending, API access.
- Lifetime Plan: Unlimited incoming emails, enhanced storage for sent logs.

Use different email aliases for different services (e.g., netflix@yourdomain.com, news@yourdomain.com) to better track who is sending you messages and stay organized.
