The Posts & Blog Management system is the core of your content strategy. It allows you to create high-quality content using a rich editor, organize it into folders, and share it with the world.

Content Creation

Rich Text Editor

Our editor (powered by TipTap) supports:

  • Headings & Hierarchy: Organize your content with H1-H6 tags.
  • Media Integration: Drag and drop images directly into your documents.
  • Code Blocks: Syntax highlighting for developers.
  • Task Lists: Keep track of action items within your notes or posts.

AI Assistance

Enhance your writing with built-in AI tools:

  • Continue Writing: Let the AI finish your sentences.
  • Summarize: Create TL;DR sections for long posts.
  • Translate: Reach a global audience with 10+ supported languages.

Organization

Folders

Manage hundreds of posts easily using our folder system:

  • Create Folders: Group related content (e.g., "Marketing", "Drafts", "Guides").
  • Pin Folders: Keep your most-used folders at the top of the sidebar.
  • Custom Colors: Color-code your folders for visual clarity.

Tags and Descriptions

Add metadata to your posts to improve searchability and SEO:

  • Use Tags for categorization.
  • Write Descriptions to provide context in list views.

Publishing and Sharing

Visibility Levels

  • Draft: Only visible to you in the dashboard.
  • Private: Saved but not accessible via public links.
  • Public: Ready to be shared.

Share Links

Once a post is Public, you can create multiple share links:

  • Password Protection: Secure your content with a 6-digit password.
  • Analytics: Track view counts for each unique share link.
  • Dynamic Controls: Enable or disable links instantly without deleting them.

Best Practices

  1. Structured Content: Use proper headings to help readers and improve SEO.
  2. Featured Images: Set a representative cover image for each post.
  3. Regular Backups: While we auto-save, we recommend periodically exporting your most important content.
  4. Engagement Tracking: Monitor your post views to see what content resonates most with your audience.
